Hello. I bought a groupon to Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Spa Puerto Vallarta and shortly after I got and email saying my transaction failed due to trouble with my credit card. So I ordered the groupon again (for the second time). I later got another email saying that my order was confirmed. Then I got another email saying my order was failed due to trouble with my credit card and after that I got an email saying that it was confirmed. So all in all, I ordered for the second time because I got and email saying that it didn’t process but then it ended up processing later so I was charged twice after ordering again because the frist email said that my ordered didn’t work. Can I get a refund of the second order? I do not need the groupon twice I just ordered it again due to getting and email saying the groupon didn’t work the first time. Thank you.
