The issue in GetHuman-vigneshs's own words
We bought a Groupon for **$ and had * old Groupons worth $** in total. These were eligible for Trade in. When we bought the Groupon the, $** was deducted from $** and the receipt said $**. But when my card was charged, it was charged for $**. I also see in my Groupon app that the * groups for $** ($** each) says "Trade in successful". I want to know why and if this is a mistake, I want a refund.
