I attempted to purchase the groupon select membership that they emailed me multiple times about. After filling out the forms and clicking to process the order, it said it could not be done at this time and to try again later. As I was checking my email a few minutes later, it congratulated me on my purchase and on becoming a Groupon select member (so I guess it did go through but said it didn’t?). They sent me a $* Starbucks card, but when I click redeem it says that the offer is by “invitation only.” What? They emailed me the free $* gift card for signing up for Groupon select. **Additionally, as I was trying to purchase a Groupon later in the day, it continually just kept refreshing the screen. Never told me it completed or that it didn’t. But it was listed in my groupons purchased today? I had no confirmation or receipt. **I’ve tried for over an hour to get ahold*Of someone so I know what the heck is going on and can’t seem to get in contact with a human. I would love to figure out what charges have been submitted, why my gift card won’t work, and what’s going on with their system.
