I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax at Moon’s Day Spa. I’d been trying to reach someone at the business number posted on my Groupon, for over ** Days. I finally got someone on the phone there this afternoon. The person answering the phone could not speak English very well, but finally understood her to say the Groupon is no longer accepted there. I explained to her, that my Groupon was still valid, it has not expired. She said, “sorry, it’s no good here.” And, she hung up the phone. I called her back, she said so needed to call someone else. I can only assume she meant for me to call Groupon. Please refund my money for this purchase.........it seems the business has decided to not participate with Groupon any longer.
