i just booked something with groupon for the *st time a few minutes ago and tried to make a reservation for reflexology left a message and got a call back. made a reservation for tomorrow at **am and then the guy I spoke with his name is Allen said that I needed to pay an additional $**.** in cash as a service fee. At that point in informed him that I didn't see any service fee listed on the groupon ad which is posted and he said he knows because when he set up the account with your team at group on you refused to put that on there and he then said he would not be able to perform the service without this fee. At that point I informed him I am not paying such a fee as I was not made aware of it at the time of purchase and would have made a more informed decision should the transparency of fees were disclosed. At any rate now my idea of obtaining a relaxing experience has turned into a time **** for me with a sour taste in my mouth with your company. I am calling my credit card and contesting the charges as well as informing you of one of your advertised vendors is not offering what is posted and I at this point don't want to have anything to do with them. I did purchase another service with another business the same time and have since reached out to them and left them a message requesting an appointment for this week or next or next available. I would like a full refund for the reflexology and highly suggest someone from your team at Groupon reach out to the vendor or at the very least temporarily remove his false ad. I look forward to hearing from you.
