Hi*I bought this groupon for a hair salon package. I tried so many times to contact the service provider with no luck at all. I left messages till for few days there was no space in the mailbox anymore. I decided to go in person at the address provided but the salon doesn't exist there. Tried many and many times again to contact finally only last week i got hold of the lady and with zero efforts to book me an appointment as she just said the address in the groupon voucher is wrong and the appointment times too. So ling story short* she couldn't see me last week at all and only before yesterday she text me back saying she only have space available next week.*My groupon expires today exacly. I asked if i could used it anyway as she took forever to get back to me and she said she could only use the value i paid but not the total service in the voucher.
