Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-ismidi_'s own words
I bought a Groupon from a moving company, Here to there!*I highly recommend that this company been taken out of Groupon. I purchased the voucher weeks ago and schedule the move for June *st. The representative told me the movers would be there between noon and *pm. I called several times after *pm they told they’re behind and still working on their first job further, they had * others scheduled before my appointment. Initially, the costumer service representative told me they’re doing everything they could to get everyone moved however, that it may be late by the time they get to my appointment. I was fine with it, I needed to move out, my lease was up. Lastly, I called the next morning and they told me that my best option was to seek for another option.*I would like I full refund, the company never made it to the appointment and I had to make different arrangement the day after my scheduled appointment.
GetHuman-ismidi_ did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
