I went to order flowers on the required site for Bloom's today for my purchased Groupon of $** worth of flowers for $**,including s&h. There are no flowers on their site for that price! They expect you to pay another $**, and if you want a vase, even more! That is not saying money! Nohere in their fine print do they say the customer will have to put in another $** plus to finish their order. I asked the sales agent if there were any $** bouquets for $**, and she said no.*Please refund my money and warn others about this bait and switch. It's appauling that they would do this under the umbrella of Groupon, whose always been fair in your dealing with me.*You also might make it easier for your customers to contact you! It's taken me forever to find this site and I'm not sure it will work.*Lisa Grafton
