Dont order from Groupon goods, they cant or wont track their inventory

I ordered a phone from Groupon on ****. The Groupon ad (which is still on the site) says the product ships on average between *-* days. On **** I get a confirmation that says "anticipated ship date **** Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel".**I check back in a few days (day * after purchase) when Fedex has not updated status. I am told via chat by supervisor Vichithra N. that the fine print actually says it take * days to ship. I'm told that Groupon cant begin to investigate further until * days. **I wait another two days. Its now day *. I chat with them and ask for a supervisor again. The same supervisor Vichithra N. then tells me " Helena of course if I ask you to wait it would be more troubling because this needs to be sent to the Goods department so they would check with the courier department which will take time. Would you prefer a refund ? *I am asking you this not to take so much of your time anymore and not to further trouble you as I really understand time is important to all of us" **I've now waited * days for no phone, no information and groupon support cannot confirm or deny whether an internal item they sold me has shipped from their own warehouse or not. They will not reach out to the vendor, will not call their shipping department. This is an absurdity. **This is the worst company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
GetHuman-searingh did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
