Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-lcrossrp's own words
I booked an appointment March **, **** for a haircut and partial highlight at a salon. The appointment was for Thursday ******* at **:** am. I received a confirmation text ******* at **:** am. On ******* at *:** am the owner said “Hi there! This is Tiffany with Penny Lane Salon and I woke up very sick. Is there any way I could have you come in another day. I am so sorry.“. I cannot come in another day because I have maternity photos Saturday and I work all day tomorrow ****. The groupon reviews for this salon were good but as my appointment got closer I read more reviews from Yelp saying they do not honor Groupons at the salon and many people have had them cancel. I need a refund for the full $** as I have already booked another appointment with a reputable salon for **** at **:** am. I have only purchased one other Groupon and it led me to a great salon. After this, I will not be purchasing another.
GetHuman-lcrossrp did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
