I purchased a $** Groupon for my mother for a massage package that was scheduled to be done on Saturday May **th. My mother had sprained her ankle the day before and we couldn’t make it to our appointment date. When I tried to reschedule, the woman said that I couldn’t and I had to pay a higher price because I had missed the initial appointment. She already marked a voucher as redeemed even though I had never used it before. I can’t even cancel my order because she already marked it redeemed for the set appointment date. She will not give me my money back, nor will she reschedule for the same price. She demands that we pay $** extra for the same services even though I had explained to her that it was a medical emergency and I had already paid the $** for the services to be done. I need to get my money back somehow.
