I purchased a Groupon for a hair treatment then learned that the salon that has gone out of business. I called Groupon about a month ago and the customer service rep told me i would receive a refund. My refund still isn't showing up in my account. Then a few weeks ago i purchased a Groupon for a plant night event. Scheduled it, paid more through Plant night, made plans, then showed up to find out it had been cancelled. No one tried to contact us to let us know it had been cancelled. tried several times to reach Plant night, only have an e-mail address and they only respond about rescheduling. Don't want to reschedule, want a refund. Very unhappy, want refunds on both charges and want to cancel my Groupon account. Thank you for helping me solve these matters.
