Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Bought Groupon to Tanya Beckman, Hair Stylist, on ******. Called for appt on ******. Made appt w*Tanya for Mon, ****** @ *pm* she sent me text on morning of *** asking to reschedule for Thur ****. Initially, I agreed. Texted & left voice message within ** min telling her I had Dr appt. that day and gave her alternate dates when I'd be available. Not having heard from her, morning of **** (rescheduled date) I called & left voice mail reminding her I would not be keeping *pm appt & to pls call*text me for alternative as I'd not heard from her. I repeated my above message on *******. To date, I've not heard from Tanya. I just noticed she changed her salon name, however the phone * is the same one I've been calling & texting several times. I believe she, wanting to promote her business, should have contacted. I don't believe It's up to me to baby-sit by continuing to call*text her. She has been unresponsive & therefore, I request a refund of $**.**. Thank you
