Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-krislsum's own words
I purchased a Groupon last night around *:** pm central time. It was the $** Shari’s Berries Groupon for a $** value. It was going to be a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I am requesting a refund for the $** because this Groupon is misleading to me. After purchasing it, I followed the instructions and went to the Berries website to complete my order. However, the prices of their gifts more than doubled and by the time you get to the check out page, you’re being billed just as much, if not more than you would without the Groupon. This is false advertising. I was under the impression when I was purchasing this Groupon that I was only paying the $** for a $** value which should make my bill half the price then normal. I understand paying shipping, but the price of the gift should be at least half of the normal price, because I was only ordering the full dozen strawberries for $**.**. So I expected the price to be $*.** * shipping after my Groupon was applied. But it was over $**. So that will cause me to pay $** for the Groupon plus $**-$** for the Berries, which is way over pricing. So no thank you. I would like my $** refunded please. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
