The issue in GetHuman-vespeara's own words
We purchased * vouchers for a shark tour that was supposed to happen today but received a message while on the way from the company that said “Please be informed that your shark tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. Call ********** ex* after *am for rescheduling. Mahalo”*The problem is since I’m not familiar with Groupon I accidentally hit redeem on one of the certificates last night when we were booking the * separate vouchers. Obviously we didn’t use any of the vouchers since they weren’t valid until this morning. We are unable to reschedule because we are leaving Hawaii tomorrow. We are out over $*** now and I’m devastated. Please contact me ASAP - my number is ***-***-****
