Hello, I purchased a Groupon deal for Manhattan Laser Spa but had some issues when trying to redeem it. Initially, I was told I couldn't use it, but the manager agreed to honor the value. However, when I went for my appointment, I was informed that they couldn't honor the deal. Hello, I am Eric H. and I recently stayed at the Red Lion Hotel - Air Port in College Park, Georgia through Groupon from 4/27-4/29. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. My air conditioning unit leaked and soaked all my belongings, creating a foul smell and forcing me to do laundry unexpectedly. Despite maintenance being aware, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, a booking error by the Groupon agent caused me to only be reserved for one night instead of two, leading to further inconvenience. Problems with my room key made me late for an important event, and the key access issues persisted throughout my stay, making it frustrating to enter the parking lot, my room, or even the laundry room. I purchased these lovely fruit baskets for my great grandchildren, three in total. The advertisement showed a picture with a quoted value of $30 each for only $15. Given my limited budget on social security, I thought it would be a great Easter gift alternative to candy. Unfortunately, they never received the email instructions. I spoke to one of your customer service representatives regarding a Groupon I purchased earlier this year for a train in the game in Bellmore. After transferring my data to my new Samson 8 phone, I realized there were duplicates of everything, including the Groupon. Unfortunately, due to an accident and subsequent neck surgery, I couldn't use the Groupon and was only offered Groupon bucks when I called. My niece helped me remove the duplicates, inadvertently deleting the one with the Groupon bucks. Today, when I called the shop to book an appointment, the shop owner informed me that the deal did not cover hair coloring services. I received only two out of the three sheet sets I ordered on 4/28. The missing set is the T600 Delray Stripe Sheet set in Microchip color. Despite the order acknowledgment stating it was sent, the delivery status shows it as "delivered." I'm unsure how to proceed to receive the missing item or a refund. I purchased 7 Groupon deals for airport parking at WallyPark. The Groupon deal stated that I needed to book online, but when I tried to do so, WallyPark doesn't allow it for Groupon bookings. I believed using Groupon would be a money-saving option, but it turns out that it's actually costing me more. My trip is for 11 days, and since the Groupon deal only covers 7 days, WallyPark is charging me the highest daily rate of $9.95 for the remaining days. Booking directly through WallyPark online for all 11 days would only cost $5.95 per day. This means that using the Groupon deal is actually costing me $15-$20 more for the same period. I wish to get a refund and for Groupon to update the "Fine Print" to reflect that advance online booking is not possible with the deal.
