I bought a pair of shoes that arrived in good condition, but they were too small. I tried to return them, but couldn't get a return label. After weeks of trying, I missed the return period. I'm frustrated by the lack of live customer service and emailed with no response. I hope to get a return label to send back the item. My information: Stephen Young, [redacted], [redacted]. Item #: [redacted]23.

I have been attempting to return a Groupon for a few days now, but the return website has been malfunctioning. The phone numbers provided were unhelpful, directing me to online customer support which only displayed FAQs. I am frustrated as all I need is to print a return label for the item I wish to return. After struggling for an hour, I luckily found this alternative platform and I hope to finally receive some assistance. I have been a frequent Groupon customer but if this is the new norm for their service, I may need to explore other options. This return issue is a first for me, and I am unsure if the return site will be fixed anytime soon. Despite my attempt to call, I have not made any progress. I implore Groupon to assist in resolving this matter promptly.

On April 12, [redacted], I purchased tickets for the Cavalia show in Scottsdale, AZ on April 14th at 8:00 pm. I was looking forward to surprising my visiting mom from New York. Unfortunately, I experienced an eye issue with flashing lights, leading to emergency retina work and missing the show. I need assistance with a refund process since recovery prevented me from attending. Please contact me to discuss refunding $[redacted].90 to the credit card ending in [redacted]. The email confirmation was sent to [redacted] Thank you. - Liz Weston

I, J. Martinez, was in the hospital recently and ordered several items which I have not received yet: a kitchen faucet, a shower with a stop handle, and a green flexible house garden. A contractor, a personal friend, was checking on the deliveries since I was unavailable and changing suppliers due to a broken foot. Unfortunately, I no longer want the garden hose and would like a refund on my credit card since I obtained the first two items from Home Depot and have the receipts. I am unable to communicate via computer currently, so I am reaching out from the library. Contact me at [redacted] for assistance. Thank you.

I need assistance with Go Airport Express rides to O'Hare airport purchased on November 4, [redacted], and January 7, [redacted]. Initially, Go Airport Express assured me they would accept my vouchers at full fare, even though my zip code was not included in the Groupon listing, as long as I departed from the Marriot Marquis or my nearby condo. However, when I attempted to redeem these vouchers, they offered only a credit for the purchase price, not the voucher value. One of the vouchers has expired while the other one has not. I request a credit for the original purchase price of both vouchers due to Go Airport Express not honoring the terms agreed upon during the Groupon voucher purchase. Thank you.

I bought a 5-day Premium Valet Airport Parking voucher back in August [redacted] for my upcoming trip from May 5th to May 11th flying out of Toronto Pearson Airport. Despite numerous attempts to reserve parking with Valair at [redacted] Derry Rd, Mississauga, ON, L4T 1A8, through their app, phone, and website, I have not received any confirmation. I've emailed them and completed their online form, but with no success. Groupon states the voucher is redeemed upon viewing, but I haven't been able to secure a reservation, and my flight is approaching in less than two days. I urgently need clarification whether this is a legitimate issue or if I should request a refund promptly. I'm open to alternatives. Thank you, Y.M.

I bought a Groupon for a nano laser peel at Lansdowne Aesthetic Center in Virginia. The deal stated it was $79 and could only be used every [redacted] days. However, when I arrived, the staff was already aware of the Groupon. After the treatment, the doctor informed me the price would be $[redacted] and that only one Groupon was allowed per person with no [redacted]-day limit. I paid the extra amount despite the discrepancy. I inquired about a refund or adjustment but was directed to contact Groupon. The doctor's explanation about their policy not being explicitly mentioned on the Groupon was frustrating. Can I please be refunded the $79 I originally paid?

I received a Groupon from Megan’s Loft for my birthday from my two daughters. I visited three days ago and got a gel manicure, pedicure, and haircut. Unfortunately, I did not receive the deep conditioning treatment that was part of the package. The day after my visit, four of the white tips peeled off. I had to go back to have two fixed, but now the other hand's white tips are all coming off, except for the thumb. I'm disappointed because I got them done specifically for a dinner date this weekend. They cannot accommodate me today or tomorrow, except at noon when I will not be available. This has happened twice in two days, so I would like a refund for the entire Groupon since I did not receive the deep hair conditioning treatment either. I will take the refund and go somewhere else today where the gel nails last longer than 24 hours. I frequently get gel nails done, and this has never happened before. Thank you.

I recently used a Groupon at Hair Designs by Tim for various hair treatments, including blonde highlights. I had a disappointing experience during my appointment on May 4th due to the stylist not following my request and ending up with bright orange streaks in my hair. Despite paying for a blowdry, I left with wet hair and felt upset by the outcome. I reached out to the stylist, Tim, with no response. I am seeking a refund for my mom, Jody Jaffe, who purchased the Groupon as a birthday gift for me. The Groupon code is [redacted]0 and the Groupon number is LG-TH7W-43GP-7T17-57j9. I have evidence of the before and after results. Thank you for addressing this issue. Abra Lipsitz.

On February 28th, my sister-in-law bought a Groupon voucher for four people at La Guardia restaurant in Windsor, Ontario. We also had a complimentary hotel room reserved for April 15 and tickets to see David Foster in concert. Unfortunately, the hotel staff got involved in a labor dispute in early to mid-April, leading to the cancellation of our hotel room and the concert. The hotel is presently closed.
We've used Groupon before with great experiences, including a visit to La Guardia last year. Driving [redacted] miles to Windsor just for dinner isn't practical without the hotel stay and concert.
Given these unforeseen circumstances, I'm hoping to discuss this with a supervisor to reach a fair resolution. I tried calling the toll-free number and left my contact details. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, my name is Jill I., and my phone number is [redacted]. Please, reach out to me via phone instead of email. I'm quite dissatisfied as a customer currently as I've been unable to speak with anyone. I bought a car detailing package, but after several unsuccessful calls and voicemails left with no callbacks, I managed to contact them just a week before the expiration. Unfortunately, their location in an industrial area of San Jose is inconvenient for me and doesn't allow for same-day detailing services. Moreover, they only operate Monday through Thursday, excluding weekends, which limits my options. When I tried to use my remaining credit for portrait services and intended to purchase a meat package from Omaha Steaks, suddenly, the funds were gone. This experience has been frustrating, and I feel let down. While I've enjoyed using Groupon in the past, this encounter has left me contemplating not using it again. I would appreciate your assistance.

I purchased a voucher for a restaurant on Groupon. When I called the restaurant to book dinner, they didn't ask for any Groupon code or mention the need to book dinner ALSO through the website. I only made verbal arrangements over the phone. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't accept the voucher because dinner wasn't booked through the Groupon site. The voucher expired that same day. I then tried to book dinner for that evening, but why wasn't it available on my Groupon account? It was expiring on May 2nd at 8 PM. It wasn't bookable and it said "expires in 0 days."

I bought a Groupon for Dryer Chimney on February 7th. The provided phone number was never working when I tried to call. After researching, I managed to reach out to the company through Facebook. They gave me a different phone number to call, and I scheduled an appointment weeks ago. However, they did not arrive. I contacted the company again, and they apologized and scheduled another appointment for today between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST. We waited at home all afternoon, but once more, they didn't show up. After struggling to reach them initially and being stood up for two appointments, I now only seek a refund for the Groupon purchase.

I purchased a Groupon deal for an all-over hair color, blow dry, and style worth $[redacted], but I only paid $50 for it. My scheduled 5pm appointment was delayed by an hour, and unfortunately, the stylist was unable to effectively cover my grey hair and ended up turning it orange. Despite coloring my hair a second time, the issue was not resolved, and the process left my hair in a poor condition. I left the salon well past 10pm, upset, with wet hair, and a noticeably uneven hair color. The service I paid for was not delivered as expected. The stylist did not even take my Groupon details and advised me to seek a refund. However, Groupon is reluctant to reimburse me, even though the vendor did not receive payment. I feel frustrated and out of pocket $50. I now have to seek additional help to correct the color mishap, which I am being compelled to pay for despite the botched service.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a trip to the zoo, museum, and aquarium for $[redacted]. When we arrived at the zoo on the booked date, I couldn't access my Groupon voucher due to an issue on the app. The zoo required the voucher, causing a delay as I couldn't retrieve it. As a result, I had to buy two full-price tickets to enter, which strained my budget. It was embarrassing to face this situation and had we been turned away, it would have been even worse. I feel this is unacceptable and would like a refund for the additional tickets I had to purchase.

I was unfairly charged twice - once by the Groupon company and again by the company I was trying to redeem the voucher with. The lack of customer service contact options for both parties has made resolving this issue extremely frustrating. Despite the company eventually refunding the overcharge, I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience. What was meant to be a $40 Groupon deal has ended up costing me $[redacted]. I no longer wish to engage with the company and I am hesitant to use Groupon again. I urgently request a refund of the excess $60 back to my account. My name is Kerry H. and you can reach me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] I am prepared to provide my credit card information for the refund process. I did not authorize the extra $20 charge and feel that I was misled by the company for which the Groupon was intended. I have documented evidence and will escalate this matter to my bank's fraud department if necessary.

We bought 3 vouchers for a shark tour scheduled for today. Unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather conditions. We were instructed by the company to call [redacted] extension 1 after 8 am for rescheduling. The issue arose when I accidentally redeemed one of the certificates on Groupon last night. We didn't use any vouchers as they were for today. We are now unable to reschedule since we are leaving Hawaii tomorrow. This mistake has left us at a loss of over $[redacted], and I'm feeling really disappointed about it. Please reach out to me urgently at [redacted].

On February 28, [redacted], my sister-in-law bought Groupon vouchers for La Guardia restaurant in Windsor, Ontario. We were supposed to have a hotel stay and tickets to see David Foster on April 15. Unfortunately, due to a labor dispute at the hotel starting in mid-March, our plans have been canceled. We live in Tillsonburg and London, making it impractical to drive [redacted] miles just for dinner. The dispute is still ongoing, and we are unsure about rescheduling the concert or getting a new hotel room. Getting all four of us to adjust our schedules is also uncertain. I am very displeased with how my issue was handled. Despite being told that Groupon couldn't assist, my problem remains unresolved. I ordered a pair of Muk Luk shoes for $32.00, but I was charged $38.51, resulting in a total charge of $[redacted].52 to my bank account. Groupon seems unable to locate my Muk Luk order and claims I purchased other items I did not order, such as perfume and a gold chain. This billing error has left me unable to pay my other bills on time. I intend to escalate this to the media to prevent others from facing similar issues. I will be returning the incorrect items and closing my Groupon account as I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this mistake.

I came across an offer on Groupon for two 60-minute massages that caught my eye, so I decided to purchase it. However, upon trying to book an appointment, I was informed that the business was fully booked for the day. After a week, I attempted to schedule again, only to find out that I had used a similar offer in the past, and due to restrictions, there would be an additional charge involved. A year ago, I had a similar experience with a different Groupon deal for two massages, only to discover the business had moved without any notice. I contacted the support team then, and they provided a refund. This time around, it turns out the business had relocated and now required extra payment to honor the offer. I believe that since I couldn't utilize the full value of the first Groupon due to the business's move, I shouldn't be penalized. I paid $76.50 for this deal and feel frustrated by the situation. My email for reference is [redacted]
