On February **th my sister in-law purchased a groupon ticket for the four of us for La Guardia restaurant in Windsor Ontario. We had a complimentary hotel room booked (April **) at a nearby hotel and tickets to see David Foster in concert. Unfortunately (starting early*mid April) the staff at the hotel became involved in a labor dispute so the complimentary hotel room and concert were cancelled. The hotel remains closed at the writing of this letter. **We have booked groupon offers in the past and have had very positive experiences (including a La Guardia offer last year). **It is unrealistic for us to drive to Windsor (approximately *** miles one way) just to eat dinner. The re-opening of the hotel*re-scheduling of the concert*and whether the four of us would be available are unknown entities. **Since this is an unusual circumstance which is out of our control, I would appreciate speaking with a supervisor to see how we could resolve this in a fair manner. **When I called your toll-free number it noted that I could request to have a supervisor call me...***-***-**** Mary Susan Thank you
