I purchased a pair of shoes. I received the shoes and found they were in good condition. I tried the shoes on and found they were too small. I began the process of returning them and could not retrieve a return label. I tried for * weeks and was always getting a notification that the system is overloaded and to try later. I never could get the process completed and finally I received a notification that I was past the return period. I keep looking for a phone number and was always referred to go on line to resolve my problem. I have sent numerous emails to them and have had no response. I am not happy that you can,t talk to a live person. The new wave technology with customer service is very inefficient. I believe that I have made a good faith attempt to do my part.
