The issue in GetHuman-rdjonest's own words
I bought * groupon airport parking deals. The groupon deal indicates the requirement to book online, but in fact, the company WallyPark does not allow you to book online when using groupon. I thought using groupon saves you money, but in fact this groupon deal is costing me more money than without the deal. My trip is for ** days. Because the max of * day max for the groupon deal the company WallyPark will charge the highest rate of $*.** per day for the other remaining days. I can book online thru WallyPark for $*.** per day for all ** days, and book in advance online. If you use the groupon deal (savings??), it cost me $**-$** more for the same time frame. I would like my money refunded, and for Groupopn to put the accurate info on the "Fine Print": You cannot book in advance online.
