On April **, **** I purchased the **** mAh solar powered smart phone charger. It has been delivered and seems to work fine as a plug-in battery, however the solar panel does not charge the battery adequately. I already own a plug-in battery, and needed this charger specifically for its solar charging feature, so this charger is useless to me. I have been trying for * days to go through the refund process on your website, multiple times each day, at different times of the day, and always get the message "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes......" Please, I would like to return this for a refund of my original payment method. Can you help me?
