Hello, **I am a regular greyhound customer, and my bus taken last night on Sunday **** *:** PM from NYC Port Authority to Washington DC was delayed by two hours and greatly disturbed my travel plans. I did not get home until *:** AM and almost was not able to even get on the bus as it was over booked. The bus was delayed due to not having a driver. I do not understand how a bus could be over booked and also not have a driver scheduled. I am greatly upset by this and was not happy with the customer service support from greyhound at Port Authority in NYC. **I was told I am eligible for a refund, voucher for at least one free bus ride, and food voucher.
