On ****, we had tickets on the * am bus to Boston.*We waited in line at the gate untile half of the line boarded.*A staff member told us that because the previous bus did not have a driver, they had to board passangers on our bus and therefore there was no room for us. This was ** minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and after we had already checked in.*We had an urgency to be in Boston on the scheduled time and would have been able to use a different service, but because we were informed at the last moment of something the staff could have told us in advance, we missed that opportunity and has to waited one hour for the next Greyhound to Boston. This made us late on our schedule and caused severe inconvenience.
