My card was lost and I called Green Dot to cancel the card. But instead of them cancelling the card ending in **** they closed my whole account. I called back and they informed me that they were sending me a refund check and that I would have to wait two weeks and three days for it to arrive.....they also informed me that I can call and they would give me information about the status of my refund check.....while in the midst of the conversation I was never informed that I had to provide any paperwork of any kind. That was * days ago I called yesterday to check the status of my refund check only to be informed that no process has taken place and my funds are still sitting in the closed account. My rent was due a week ago it's *** dollars and it's a ** dollar late fee for each day that it's late now my rent is *** and if I wait ** more days I won't be able to pay my rent and this not only affects me but it affects my family I cannot pay a rent note that's over **** dollars I have another account with you guys and I wanted to know if your organization can transfer my funds out of the closed account to my active account, or you can give me a credit on my active account for the amount that's held in my closed account
