Trying to learn if these cards had already been used in the proper way. If not, then trying to learn what balance may still remain on these cards so as to send this balance to the proper person. ... I've recently found * Green Dot Money Pak cards that my late husband purchased at the Marion, IN Walmart back *******. **. Activation * is - ************** and was purchased for $***.**.**. Activation * is - ************** and was purchased for $***.**.**I would like to know if these cards have already been used and if yes, at the very least, is there is a balance on either of them. **We've tried calling phone numbers on the backs of these cards and gotten nowhere. I've taken both cards and receipts back to the Marion, IN Walmart where they were purchased and was told they couldn't help me.**Is there any way possible that you might be able to check on these cards? We were never able to actually talk to a real live person. Sometimes being able to TALK to someone could've either helped answer questions or maybe cleared things up in a matter of minutes.
Forget it now.....I'm heading to my bank for some possible answers...hopefully THEY can help where you've failed. Green Dot Customer Service was a HUGE disappointment!!!
My late husband purchased these cards under his name*contact info in order to send $ to his brother in prison. He'd been doing this for several years.

With receipts in hand, took cards to another location that sells Green Dot and asked if they could track these cards. Again, no help**. Contacted YOU w* all information and even asked if someone could call me. And once again, no answers to my questions and no real help.**. Tried looking for help online from your actual website....and guess what?!?!?....you guessed it.....bc my husband is deceased, his phone * and email account is inoperable....I REALLY needed to speak w* an actual person in order to explain my dilemma and then ask what options might still be available for me to try, if any. At the very LEAST, an actual associate might have been able to point me in the right direction for some possible answers. **You've lost ME as a customer.**Instead?.....I'm no closer to finding answers to my questions than BEFORE I accidentally come across these * cards.
