I had some fraudulent charges to my account which I have disputed and sent in my letter they put a provisional credit on my account for one of the charges but told me that they have there own process in order for me to receive the ***.** that I still haven’t received I contacted the merchant with who these transactions were processed by and received confirmation numbers that the charges would be reversed but your agent informed me that I won’t get anything til after the dispute is finalized I’m very upset that I have been treated so poorly by your company and I’m getting ready to loose my phone service and electricity if those transactions are not reversed by ********* which will make it impossible for me to do my job as a truck driver to continue to make an income which will then put me out of a job all together I’ve tried being nice and professional but the reps that I have talked to have been very nasty and rude towards me I’m almost to the point of taking this to a legal matter and getting an attorney involved due to the way your company has treated me the dispute was filed on the ********** and I was informed that i won’t be able to get those funds for another * weeks even after the put a provisional credit on my account they reversed it the same day stating they are waiting to hear back from the merchant which as I stated before has give me confirmation numbers for the reversal of the funds please contact me ASAP if I don’t receive any contact from you guys I will have no other choice but to turn it into a Legal Matter
