I am trying to reach someone about a recent research claim,* I filed back in July with your company, revolving a Gift Card that was purchased on June *th at Walmart, that was stolen. The claims department had me upload the receipt when it was purchased, and email to them. They gave me this claim Reference number ******** and said that they would research it, and that I should hear something back from from them regarding it. We are now in November and I never received anything back, notifying me of the claim. I have tried calling your company, numerous times and cannot get a hold of an customer service agent at all. I would greatly appreciate it, if someone, anyone could get back to me about this matter. Either email me or call me at *(***)***-****. Thank you
