I previously had a New Insights account for my business that I have since closed. My Gmail account, which I haven't used in years, is [redacted] When I attempt to subscribe to MSNBC, a prompt asks me to sign in to Google Home, but I do not remember my Gmail credentials and cannot find a "forgot" option. When I try to use security, it is in a language I do not understand, and inputting my email address triggers an error message. Despite contacting Apple, I pay $[redacted].00 monthly to Comcast/Xfinity for TV and internet. The situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am seeking assistance. My domain, managed by GoDaddy, was unexpectedly halted, causing my website to be lost even though it was paid until 02/21. With my husband now blind, requiring my full attention, resolving these issues is crucial. I once had a Google card but no longer possess it. I believe I was scammed by a website offering exposure services claiming partnership with Google, costing me around $[redacted].00. As an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, my previous email was [redacted]

I recently switched from being an Apple user to a Pixel 3a on 7/18. I am using the Google Fi network and financing through Google Fi. I have had the phone for less than 30 days and would like to add device protection, but I am unable to do so because I purchased it from the Google Store rather than Google Fi. I believe an exception should be made, as I was unaware that the Google Store and Google Fi are separate entities within the Google world. My case number is 4-[redacted]0-[redacted], and the person I spoke with offered a 1-year warranty. I would like to have either the device protection for $5 a month that was mentioned during the purchase, or the device itself. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Rodney R.

Unauthorized Charges on Google Play Account: I noticed several unauthorized transactions on my Google Play account for Slotomania™ Slots Casino: Vegas Slot Machine Games. On August 5th, there were charges for Mini Coins Package and Lucky Spin which I did not authorize. On August 4th, there were multiple charges for Mini Coins Package, Lucky Spin, and Google Play credits that I did not make. The same pattern continues for August 2nd and August 1st with unapproved purchases for Gems, Mini Coins Package, Lucky Spin, and more. I want to report these transactions that I did not authorize for Slotomania™ Slots Casino: Vegas Slot Machine Games on my Google Play account.

Dear Lily, I hope you're still able to assist me. Unfortunately, I've been locked out of all my accounts due to my poor short-term memory. I had to reinstall Windows 10, and while it saved most of my files, it didn't save any of my passwords. Without access to them, including my recovery email that's auto-saved with you, I can't retrieve important information for both personal and professional platforms like LinkedIn. I will provide you with necessary information to reactivate my account, including attaching photo ID and bills for confirmation. Here are some details to help: my name is Simon McHugo, DOB 30/03/[redacted], residing at 8 Wyndham Ave CT92PR Margate Kent. My business email is [redacted], forwarding to [redacted] Additionally, some email senders I remember are [redacted] and [redacted], among others. I hope this helps. Thank you for your continued support. Warm regards, Simon.

I have been trying to recover my account and reset my password, but none of the attempts have been successful. I am stuck in a repetitive cycle of providing the same information repeatedly. Despite entering the codes sent to me, I keep receiving a message stating they are unable to verify my ownership of the account. I am frustrated as I have lost all my gaming progress, Google Local Guide rating, Google Surveys, and other connected app data. As a last resort, I created a new account with different details, but that is not a satisfactory solution. I am eager to regain access to my old account, but it has been two weeks, and I am extremely disillusioned with Google's lack of user-friendly support.

I am unable to access two of my Gmail accounts. I have tried to recover them multiple times but have faced issues with the verification process. One account can't identify my old phone number, and the other has a recovery email from a Comcast address unknown to me. The first email is [redacted], and the second is [redacted] I am the rightful owner of both accounts. My name is Betty Allred.

Hello, my name is Tabitha. I used to write on blogspot.com under the name Fannie Younger as a tribute to my late friend. I am currently unable to edit my blog on that site, and I would like to regain access to make some changes due to past writings. I can be reached at [redacted] I need to update the verification phone number to [redacted] so I can proceed with the editing. I own an Alcatel Tetra device with AT&T service, and I have been locked out of it due to my Google account. After encountering a bug, I performed a reset, and now I am unable to access the phone using any of the Gmail accounts associated with it. Despite numerous attempts, the phone does not recognize my number, passwords, or any Gmail account. While I can receive calls on [redacted], the phone is unusable as I cannot make outgoing calls. It seems to be locked by Google. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a $[redacted] Google Play card for my friend's birthday, but when they tried to use it, it had already been redeemed within half an hour of purchase. I got the card from Dollar General Store in Payson, IL. It's frustrating when a gift card doesn't work, and it feels like false advertising. I hope Google Play can address this issue, as it undermines the purpose of gift cards. I can be contacted at [redacted]

I have my Gmail login details, but the device I am using is not recognized. I don't recall the recovery phone number linked to the account. I created this account around May or June of [redacted]. I tried the 2-step verification but it couldn't verify my ownership. I set up security questions during the account creation, so I am unsure why I can't use them to log in.

When I used to tap the lower left button, I would see a list of open apps easily. Now I have to scroll through them, which is frustrating. I hope I can change it back. I also used to keep my sync option turned off unless I needed to sync my Gmail. I can't find that option in the pull-down menu anymore. I get upset every time there's an update, and each time I adapt, another change comes along. The constant unnecessary tweaks are time-consuming and frustrating for users like me. Making changes just for the sake of it is not helpful. Why keep changing icons and layouts? Who decides on these changes? Remember the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Too many unnecessary changes can push consumers away.

When I use Internet Explorer on my laptop to check my Google emails, I often encounter a frustrating issue. After reading an email and attempting to go back to the main page with all my emails by clicking the return arrow, I inadvertently end up checking the "delete all" box, causing all my emails to be moved to the trash. I then have to go through the trouble of moving back the emails I wanted to save back to my inbox. It would be greatly appreciated if the return arrow could be repositioned so it does not overlap with the delete all button, preventing this unwanted action from occurring in the future.

Hello, my name is Nyeri, and I require assistance in recovering my Google account. I have attempted to use the recovery support website, but it continues to state that there is insufficient information to verify my identity as Nyeri. I recently replaced my phone because my old one stopped working. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the Gmail email or username and I'm unsure if my recovery information is correct. Years ago, I received an email with all the Gmail usernames/emails I ever used when I changed devices. I found a few old accounts, but none have the photos or videos of my daughter stored. I would appreciate help in retrieving all the accounts I used on my Droid devices. Please let me know if providing information about the device can aid in recovering the correct account. The contact email below is mine, but it's not linked to any Gmail accounts I may have had on the phone. Thank you.
