To whome it may concern,**My account was charged on December **st, in the amount of $**.** by Google xvpn. This was so upsetting because I only had $** in my account to being with! This money was the only money I had to spend on food for the next * weeks, and small Christmas and birthday gifts for my sister. I have tried to contact google support multiple times. Ive called my card support, and they tell me to wait until google approves it to go back onto my card?! Im so so upset, im at a loss. I am so broke. This is by far the shittiest christmas Ive had, being on my own. Im only **, I had just lost my second job and had to work my *** off just to make rent and even have a whole $** to spend on things. Please please help me. I dont want to have to escalate things but how am I supposed to live?! I dont even know the reason for the charge or what it could have been associated with. I have not ordered anything online or signed up for any new accounts or anything. Google's corporation makes so much money I just cant figure out why they would take mine?!! Please help. **Faith M.
