I have been struggling to access my Gmail account for 7 months now. Each time I try to recover it, the code is sent to an old phone number. I'm frustrated with the endless loop of emails I receive, especially from someone named Lily, that lead me nowhere. I have requested a phone call or a way to update my security phone number, which is now [redacted]. Dealing with this issue has caused me stress and cost me money. The lack of customer support from Google is disappointing. If I receive another link to the same recovery page, I will escalate this matter. I wish Google would improve its support services. If not resolved, I may switch to another provider despite my overall satisfaction with Google.

Hello, I am Misty Duckett, the account owner of [redacted] I'm unable to access my account because I changed my password and can't remember it. I've had difficulties recovering it as well. The phone number linked to my account has changed, and the recovery email is inaccessible because of a forgotten password. The security question is about my father's middle name, George, which I can answer, but it doesn't reset my password. I can provide some previous passwords I've used for various apps to help with verification. My details are Misty Danelle Duckett, [redacted] Growden Ln, Tullahoma TN [redacted], DOB 8-24-[redacted]. I recall some odd emails from April to July/August [redacted] related to sexual content since my late husband saw them after returning home. I am eager to recover my account for cherished photos, especially those of my late husband and our twins. I look forward to resolving this with Google. Thank you, -Misty

Hello! I believe my Google accounts may have been abused while I was not in the right state of mind. I changed my passwords multiple times and even destroyed my SIM card in a moment of confusion. Now, I'm facing trouble accessing my accounts without the SIM number or connection to my 2ndLine accounts after a panicked phone reset. I am concerned about potential misuse and forwarded phone numbers associated with bar****shak********@gmail.com, e****ka***[redacted], and ma*********@gmail.com. I also sent an email from my account eternityofpa*****@gmail.com, which is inaccessible now due to a lost password. Please assist me with this situation. I previously contacted support, spoke with Daren about a mobile billing problem linked to the bar****shak********@gmail.com account. The phone number related to this issue was +[redacted]42. Kind regards and thank you for your help. Any further assistance is welcome through phone +1[redacted] or email et****ityofp****[redacted] 🍀

I am trying to log my son's Google account into his phone. His account is supervised by my wife's and my accounts through Google Family Link. However, when I attempt to log in, after verifying my parent login, I receive an error stating "Device management could not be completed. Start over and sign in again." I have tried multiple times without success. Additionally, when I try to remove his account using the Family Link app on my phone, I encounter the error "Trouble removing Jack. Try again." When attempting to manage his account through the Family Link website, clicking on his profile picture results in a "[redacted]. That’s an error. There was an error. Please try again later. That’s all we know." While I can access his account via Firefox and Chrome on a computer, I am currently unable to use his mobile device.

I forgot my password for my Gmail account. I attempted to change it around January 7, [redacted], at approximately 6 am. Initially, I used "walakangpaki" as my password, but found it unappealing, so I changed it to "opensesame," which was deemed weak. I tried another password, but unfortunately, I can't recall it now. This Gmail account is linked to my Lazada, Alibaba, and Clash of Clans accounts. My backup phone number is functional, but it has been unable to grant me access. Currently, my account status shows as "under investigation." I kindly request Google's assistance in resolving this matter.

I accidentally left my email open on my Android device and then sent an email from my PC. Now, it seems like there might be suspicious activity on my account. I am stuck on the Imap message screen and unable to access my correct email through Imap. The system keeps suggesting that someone else has my password and won't allow me to change it, even though I'm certain my password is correct. After spending a lot of time calling different phone numbers in the US, I haven't been able to find a solution. I live alone, so no one else knows my password. I need help to resolve this issue. You can try contacting me via my alternate email on Hotmail at [redacted] since my primary email is blocked by the Imap message. Thank you, D.T. Reid

I have been dealing with an overwhelming amount of inappropriate ads popping up on my screen, approximately 40-50 in a row. It has been a constant nuisance and a significant waste of my time. This issue began around Christmas and has been persistent since then. Despite this, I have not been able to find any support from Google to address this issue, leaving me feeling frustrated and stuck. I am unsure how to proceed from here.

I have been using the same account and password since around [redacted]. Recently, I noticed some unfamiliar activity on my account and decided to change my password as recommended online. I did this on my laptop and also updated my phone number. However, I'm uncertain if I logged out of all devices when changing the password, as I don't recall logging back in on my phone. I also changed my password again to match my Facebook password but unfortunately misplaced the written record. My daughter signed me out on my laptop, and now I can't access my photos dating back to [redacted] on my Google online photo album. Though I've tried account recovery several times, I am unable to regain access. I believe the trouble may be due to not remembering the password for my backup email. I am worried as now I can't see most of my pictures in the album. Please assist me in resetting the password for my account and recovering my photos. My name is Bobbie Kaina, my email is [redacted], and the old account password was handsome007, possibly with the term hairybear incorporated. I have started a new account, hoping to transfer the pictures, but I fear I might lose them.

I fell victim to a scam involving the purchase of Google Play Cards to supposedly fix my Apple Account. I was promised a quick refund once the issue with my account was resolved. However, I realized I was being scammed after purchasing multiple cards from different stores, resulting in financial losses. I contacted my bank, Fifth Third Bank, and they advised me to report the fraud to Google, along with reaching out to the FBI and FTC. AppleCare assured me they would reimburse me for the Apple Play Cards purchased. It's important to be cautious of such scams to protect oneself from financial harm.

I would like assistance from an English-speaking manager to process a refund for my Google Play subscription. I paused the subscription rather than canceling it, but Google Play still charged me. Although I received an email indicating a refund, I see that the subscription was canceled instead. I am seeking a prompt refund of $10.79, as agreed.

Up until today, I've been using my mail app on OSX without any issues. Suddenly, I encountered a problem where I couldn't retrieve my emails and mistakenly deleted my account from the app. After attempting to reinstall it, the app wouldn't allow me to do so. Subsequently, I received an email alert about logging in from an unprotected app, and since then, I've been unable to resolve the issue. I need a solution urgently, as I rely on checking my emails through the app and don't want to resort to using a browser. Unfortunately, I can't download a different mail app due to my system lacking the necessary update. Thank you.

Last night, my son made a new email without remembering the password while changing his Fortnite gamer name. He used random characters to create an email: [redacted] Since he's only 12, he didn't save the password. He connected his epicgames.com account to this email without confirming it. Now, he's unable to access over $[redacted] in purchases until I can retrieve the email. I need access to disconnect the playstation account from it. It's been very stressful for my 12-year-old. Can anyone assist us, please?

I own Abundant Life Chiropractic in Cape Coral, FL. Many of my customers find us through online searches. I prioritize exceptional customer service and patient care. I am troubled by a false 1-star review on Google. The reviewer was never a patient and made inaccurate comments. I suspect they intended to review a different Abundant Life Chiropractic. I would appreciate guidance on removing this review and resolving this matter. Thank you for your help. Dr. E. Harter

I have been locked out of my Gmail account, and despite receiving recovery codes, I have been unable to regain access. This account is crucial for my work, especially the ledgers I maintain for my father, George Fragos. I tried to use my recovery email, which belongs to my mother, Fran Townsend, but it was unsuccessful. My phone was stolen and recovered, but during the process, I set a password through "Find My Device". Now that I have my phone back, it seems to be locked with a password that I can't remember due to being angry when I set it. I urgently need access to my phone before January 11, [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.
