Hello there at Google...**I have an Apple IPhone *plus. **I frequently use the ‘Google’ app for work and just recently it’s not verbally responding. I’ve been to two Optus stores and neither can work it out. They checked all my settings and suggested I contact you. *When I first touch the speaker on the ‘google’ app it use to make a sound. That doesn’t happen anymore. It will give me written information but I rely on the voice due to my work. *An example of what I usually ask is....*** What time is it in, let’s say Canada. *It use to say...In Canada it is **.**am or whatever**and**** ‘How far is it from Nelson Bay to Sydney’. *Again it use to tell me how many kilometres and how long the journey would take. Now nothing just the map. *I desperately need the app to talk as I travel a lot relying on the voice navigation. **Hope you can find a solution. **Thankyou for taking the time to read my email. **Cherie
