I'm having trouble getting Google to update the device information. They keep listing my device as the Samsung Tab E even though it's broken and I can't get it repaired. My local technician tried to fix it but needed an expensive tool. I paid for the Tab E but Best Buy wouldn't help. I downloaded apps on my new Kindle but Google Play doesn't credit them because it still shows the broken device. Can someone help me with this issue? Google should recognize my Kindle as the current device I'm using. Thank you. - L. M. Simmons, Email: [redacted]

I am having trouble unlocking my daughter's ZTE Z837VL cell phone as she set up a Google account and forgot the information. I have tried account recovery and reached out to Google support, but haven't had any luck so far. The phone representative advised me to contact the service provider, but when I did, they said it was a Google issue. Contacting Google support again led to the same advice. I am frustrated and puzzled by this situation. All I want is to unlock the phone to reactivate service without unnecessary expenses. Thank you for your help, and I await your response.

Dear Google Support, A few weeks ago, we set up a Google AdSense account under [redacted] but unfortunately misplaced the password and other necessary details. Consequently, unaware of Google's policy allowing only one account per person and unable to access the first one, we unintentionally created a second account using RazaBokhari29@Gmail and obtained the AdSense Code. Upon receiving an email from Google instructing us to cancel the initial [redacted] account to proceed with the second one, we have been unsuccessful in multiple attempts to recover the password. We require technical assistance to log in and either cancel the [redacted] account or guidance on how to do so. We are prepared to provide any identification information for ownership verification, except for the forgotten details entered during the account setup. Our website, www.PainRemedyAuthority.com, is prepared to utilize the AdSense Code to generate revenue for both Google and us. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Raza Bokhari

I have been trying to recover my two Gmail accounts for a while now - [redacted] and [redacted] These accounts contain important work information and files. One of the accounts has 1TB of storage, which I planned to use for more files. I am unable to access them due to security questions and my phone being off. Even though I tried using the backup email, it got hacked and locked me out completely. It's frustrating as I need these accounts for work urgently. Waiting until 9/4/[redacted] is unacceptable, and I have already reached out multiple times without a proper response. I am considering legal action if my accounts are not recovered soon. I created a new account, [redacted], to receive any information. Despite having multiple security measures, it's shocking how hard it is for me to access my accounts while hackers can do it effortlessly. Your prompt attention is required.

I have been bombarded with over [redacted] messages from Google on my Samsung S8+ in the last two days. The message is titled "Access your Assistant with Voice Match" and asks for agreement by choosing "No Thanks" or "I Agree." Despite selecting "No Thanks" every time, the message keeps appearing, becoming particularly persistent recently. This repetitive message is intrusive, distracting, and feels like a breach of my privacy, bordering on harassment. I urgently need this issue resolved as it has become a major inconvenience. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I recently received an unprofessional sales call at my business from a Google customer service representative. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Our company is in its first year and undergoing significant changes, so we are not looking to increase advertising costs at this time. I understand his role is to make sales, but his approach was insulting. When I pushed back to clarify our position, he abruptly hung up without resolving anything. I would like another representative to contact me to ensure my correct information is on Google and to mitigate any negative impact from the previous call. Thank you. - Brandon L Terry SoSoGood LLC

I am struggling to understand smart devices and my phone due to my learning disabilities. Recently, I gave my old devices to a friend without realizing my Gmail account and password were still on them. For the past 6 months, my friend has been using my account without my knowledge, causing me great stress. I have been in touch with Google tech support for a week now, trying to resolve the issue, but it's been challenging and overwhelming. I destroyed the devices out of frustration as I couldn't figure out how to remove my information. Now, I am urgently trying to recover the passwords for my two Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, Google support is closed for the next two days, leaving me uncertain about the status of my Google account. I am feeling anxious and lost in this situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Signed, Josh M.

I am trying to regain access to my Gmail account, [redacted], which was hacked on January 12, [redacted]. I have made numerous attempts to recover the account through phone calls, emails, and the recovery process. This email is essential for my business, Facebook, Linkedin, and Pinterest accounts. I recently set up a Gmail account as recommended by my daughter. I had a folder named "Keep mail" where I stored many important and confidential emails. Suddenly, all the emails in the "Keep mail" folder have disappeared. I believe it happened when Gmail was updated. My previous email service worked fine for years, and now that I switched to Gmail, all my saved emails are gone. I need to know what happened to my important emails. The folders are still there, but they are empty except for a few new emails I added to test if they would vanish, which they did not. I suspect this issue occurred during the switch to the new system. Please restore my emails promptly, or I may need to seek legal assistance. These emails contain personal and confidential documents. Why did they vanish? Please reply quickly. Thank you.

My contacts on my main Gmail account synced at 1:14 am this morning. I have been attempting to sync them since about 5:30 pm, and it is now 10 pm. Everything else under that email has synced between 6:11 pm and 9:33 pm, except for contacts. I am using a Galaxy J7. Could my attempt to organize the contact list be preventing the sync? The sync symbol is displayed next to it but is not progressing. Can you assist me with this issue? I would like the contacts in [redacted] to complete syncing within the next half an hour so I can go to bed. I have been dealing with a migraine all day. Thank you.

Around 17 years ago, I created a YouTube account before Gmail was required. Later, I linked my YouTube to Gmail but then ended up deleting my Gmail account. Consequently, I am now unable to access my separate YouTube account with the username and password. YouTube only allows sign-ins through Gmail, and I find myself locked out. Is there a way to reactivate my account, even if it means creating a new Gmail account with the same name to regain access to my YouTube account? Having had a video business for over 15 years, I lost everything due to this issue, which I find frustrating. I made this change some time ago but still cannot comprehend losing everything because of this forced Gmail linkage. My previous email address was [redacted]

In January [redacted], my security cam emails were unfortunately flagged as spam by mistake. This led to my web host being blocked, causing inconvenience to many individuals and businesses. The deleted emails are of great importance to me financially, and I am considering legal action due to this issue. I kindly request the restoration of these emails and ask for confirmation once this is done. Time is of the essence as it has been over a week without resolution. Please prioritize this request as urgent and address the email retrieval promptly. Thank you. - Kate

Hello. I recently purchased an e-book called "Cute Crochet Rugs for Kids," but I am unable to access it through Google Play on my phone due to limited memory. I downloaded Google Play Books on my computer, but I am unable to find the book I purchased on 8/14/18 for $5.75. Even though the amount has been deducted from my checking account, it shows no books in my library when I check. Any suggestions on how I can access and print this book would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Dee W. (Order Number: GPB.3[redacted]-4[redacted]3)

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, [redacted], which has important information. I lost the password and failed to recover it despite attempts using different methods. The recovery email registered is [redacted] instead of [redacted], preventing me from receiving any reset emails. While I can verify my phone number, additional verification is required. I am stuck and in need of assistance to regain access to my contacts and emails. I am willing to submit legal documents like my Aadhar card or PAN card if necessary. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

Upon returning home recently, I attempted to log in to my Gmail account and was shocked to discover it had been deleted five days prior. While trying to recover it, I realized that the contact phone number listed on my profile had been changed, making it impossible for me to verify my identity through text. Unable to recall the exact account creation time, my only option was to contact Google for assistance. After finally reaching a representative, I was informed that my account had been hacked in Nigeria and that the only solution was to abandon it and create a new one. The lack of support was frustrating, with the representative abruptly ending the call after stating that Google could not recover my account. I find it hard to believe that Gmail, as an email provider, cannot access my profile settings to reverse unauthorized changes for reactivation. Urgently needing access to important information stored in my account, I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I believe there may have been a privacy violation and potential identity theft issue related to the email address [redacted] This email account was used for communication with employers in San Francisco and for banking purposes with Bank of America and the IRS. I am seeking assistance in investigating this matter with your legal and fraud departments, as well as the FCC. It is important to clarify any outstanding balances and ensure that fraudulent activity is addressed promptly. I have never made payments to Google, the FCC, or Yahoo for my email accounts. Investigations are necessary to prevent terrorism, identity theft, and financial crimes. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dianna Mikyung Kim, Rph

Google must address the serious issues on Google Plus including cyberbullying, underage content, and illegal activities. They need to improve their report system and prevent repeat offenders from appealing repeatedly. The current system is ineffective with only a few people trying to report hundreds of incidents. Google must take action to protect its users and prevent harmful behavior on its platform.

I have received a security warning email for my Google Account, stating that it has been accessed from an iPod device, which I do not own. Subsequently, there was a password change on the account. However, I do not recall having a Google Account nor do I desire to have one. I have attempted multiple times to verify the account through received codes but have been unsuccessful in proving ownership. I am unable to access the account or take any actions regarding it. I am adamant about not wanting this account and am concerned about potential fraudulent activity associated with it. If the account is not closed or if another Google Account is created using my email address, [redacted], Google will be accountable. Despite spending considerable time navigating through automated systems, I have not made any progress resolving this matter. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
