I am a parent of a 12-year-old boy, and I have been covering the phone bill since March. Unfortunately, he has forgotten the password to his phone, and we are stuck at the Google account lock screen. Even after seeking assistance from a phone repair shop, the issue remains unresolved. I am frustrated that the phone I am paying for cannot be used due to this situation. I am kindly requesting guidance on how to bypass this Google lock. For assistance, please contact me via email at [redacted] or call [redacted]. My son's email is [redacted] Your help in resolving this matter so he can use his phone and access games from the Play Store would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble changing the password for one of my accounts, which has important information that I need to access. If I can't log in, it will lead to frustration. The Gmail account linked to this issue is [redacted] I have tried to answer the security questions without success. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact month and year when I created the account. It would be more practical if users could set their own security questions to avoid this dilemma in the future. Once again, the email that requires password reset is [redacted], and I urgently need to update the password. Thank you.

I need assistance urgently. My Gmail account got hacked, and false information has been spread under my name, Larry Platt, from Orlando, Florida. I relocated to Redding, California last September. I am now being pursued by individuals with unclear motives. I am unsure whether my girlfriend is involved or someone else who holds a grudge. It seems like a sophisticated scheme involving someone potentially in China disseminating information to various groups like biker gangs, the Arian Nation, Bloods, Crips, and possibly others. The situation is unnerving. My only accessible account is "wizardofoz.[redacted]." I am currently fleeing Redding, heading back to Florida with an uncertain destination. I've spoken to Google's head of security who confirmed multiple cases of fraud. My personal belongings, money, and even my identification have been stolen, leaving me helpless. I am in distress. I urgently need assistance. This is not a hoax.

My Samsung Galaxy Note5 was stolen, and I need Google or YouTube administrators to retrieve the IP address of the device I used to sign in. Unfortunately, I cannot access my YouTube account because I forgot the login details as I usually stay logged in automatically. My name is Rodney Burns, and my YouTube account is Malil_B with an Avatar picture of a Judah symbol (Lion with the caption: Judah) on a black background. If you could provide me with the IP address linked to my account on the Samsung Galaxy Note5, I believe I could track down my phone with the help of law enforcement, as it was taken by someone in my apartment building.

I have been attempting to recover my Gmail account. I find it frustrating that Google claims they are unable to verify my account just because I have forgotten my password. I have sent myself emails from my Yahoo account to my Gmail, so the connection is evident if they review my email history. It is disheartening that they cannot verify it despite the clear connection between the accounts. I hope to resolve this issue soon.

Hello Team, I'm Shreyas. Recently, my Google account was unexpectedly deleted, and I'm trying to recover it. Google support couldn't verify if I am the account owner, even though I followed the recovery steps correctly. I need to recover my account as it's crucial to me; it's been my only email account for nearly 8-9 years. Please assist me in recovering it quickly. This account holds important documents and emails, serving as my main communication method. Thank you for your help. Email: [redacted] Phone: +91 [redacted]

I am unable to access my original Gmail account on other devices due to forgotten security questions and inactive computers where the account was initially set up. I now rely on different computers and my iPhone to access my email, but I am blocked from my original account that holds vital contacts and information. To cope with this issue, I created a new Gmail account to stay connected with Google services, which has caused much frustration over the past few weeks. I seek a solution to regain access to my original account under the email [redacted], which is still active.

On August 6th, I received numerous notifications on my cell phone from Google about accessing my Assistant with Voice Match. Despite consistently selecting "no thanks," the notifications kept reappearing. I filed a complaint with Google, and the notifications ceased for a while. Unfortunately, they have started appearing again today. It seems that Google's system only recognizes "I agree" as a valid response, disregarding my choice of "no thanks." This recurring notification is incredibly frustrating, and I kindly request that Google address this issue promptly. I understand the need for reminders but receiving them continuously is unacceptable. My name is Duane T., and you can reach me at [redacted] to resolve this ongoing problem.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am currently dealing with a family emergency and urgently need to regain access to my old email account. Despite it being created over 2 years ago, I have forgotten the password. I can provide details on the contacts I had emailed, the date of creation, my username, and the last password I remember. However, I no longer have access to the recognized devices as I have acquired new ones in these 2 years. I would deeply appreciate any assistance as this matter is time-sensitive. Although a recovery mail was requested once, I do not believe I provided one then. I have exhausted all available recovery options and seem to only receive automated responses. Please, if anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing an issue while setting up my WhatsApp backup to Drive through the app's settings. Upon selecting the Google account, it redirects me to the Google login page where I encounter an error message stating that the account "already exists on my device." However, this is expected since I am using an Android phone, specifically a Samsung Galaxy S8 edge. Despite seeking assistance from online resources and automated phone support, I have not found a resolution to this problem. Regrettably, the phone recording disconnected the call as my issue did not align with their typical inquiries. Since acquiring my phone approximately a year ago, my WhatsApp backup has not been functioning. I recently received an email warning about the risks of not backing up soon. I am in need of guidance to address this issue promptly.

I am having difficulty setting up Google Drive as my WhatsApp backup within the app's settings. After selecting the Google account, I am redirected to the Google login page. However, upon entering my email address, I receive an error message stating that the account already exists on my device. This issue persists despite my attempts to resolve it through online resources and automated phone assistance. My WhatsApp data has not been backed up since I switched to my current Samsung Galaxy S8 edge over a year ago. I recently received an email warning that failure to back up soon may put my data at risk. How can I successfully resolve this problem to ensure my WhatsApp data is backed up appropriately?

I am struggling to remove my debit card from my Malwarebytes account on Google Pay. I no longer wish to use this payment method and want to cancel my Malwarebytes subscription. I have encountered difficulties trying to reach this goal. Furthermore, accessing Google Pay apps has been problematic as I need to make room on my device by uninstalling another program. Unfortunately, my lack of memory also prevents me from transferring apps to my SD card. Ultimately, I am frustrated by the process. The system should be more straightforward and user-friendly. I am frustrated by the statement that I am unable to cancel or remove my debit card.

I received an old Android phone from a friend, and after ordering a new Verizon SIM card, I encountered issues due to it being linked to his Google account. Despite spending two hours with a Verizon representative, we were unable to resolve the problem. My friend no longer remembers the password to his old email account and his recovery phone number is outdated. Even with his security question and attempting to receive a verification code, I was unable to gain access to the phone. Google's customer service was unhelpful as well. How can I activate this Moto phone and use it as my own? I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Someone has been attempting to access my Google account. They tried using an email address similar to mine at [redacted] while my actual email is [redacted] I reached out to a number found on the Google website, [redacted], last night between 6-7 pm from my landline. I spoke with a lady who identified herself as Melissa Wilson, extension [redacted]. She advised me to answer my cell phone when she called, providing a direct line of 1-[redacted] in case of disconnection. Melissa claimed that there were two hackers, one in Michigan using a Mac and two illegal iPhones, and another in Ohio using two Macs and an illegal iPhone. She requested that I stay on the line with her and purchase six $50 Google Play cards, which she claimed were fully refundable. Feeling unsure about her instructions, I terminated the call due to suspicion.

I am Michael Mattsen and I need help recovering my Gmail account "[redacted]" that was hijacked by my ex-girlfriend Autumn Fisher. I managed to recover another account today, "[redacted]," which is linked to the one I'm struggling with. The recovered account serves as the recovery email for the one I'm currently locked out of. My name on the recovered account is "mikl mtsn," and I believe the name on the hijacked account is "Slip" for the first name. I am no longer at risk from the hacker ex-girlfriend and would appreciate assistance in retrieving my account, especially since I suspect Autumn was involved in the communication issues I faced. Both accounts were created on the same day. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently performed a factory reset on my phone, resulting in the loss of all my data. Despite having backups on my Google and Samsung accounts, I am unable to access them due to forgetting my passwords. My Google account has been on security hold for about a week. I have been diligently answering the security questions but am not able to log in even after receiving the verification code. I have tried reaching out for assistance through automated systems, but to no avail. I urgently require access to my account as it contains crucial phone numbers, addresses, and important pictures. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would greatly appreciate speaking with a customer service representative to resolve this issue promptly.

Deleting emails in Gmail has become a frustrating task for me. With over [redacted] emails that I've been trying to delete manually, it has been time-consuming and ineffective. Despite setting my account to delete everything except drafts every 30 days back in [redacted], emails keep reappearing when accessing my account from different devices. The option to select all emails and delete them at once has been missing since [redacted]. I'm fed up with the constant back-and-forth of deleting emails only to have them return. I am also troubled by Gmail categorizing spam incorrectly and threats from support staff when I raised concerns. I believe Google should improve its email service to include a functional select all feature and provide better spam filtering. Using other email platforms is not an option for me, but the current Gmail experience has been disappointing, to say the least.

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Google account. I know my login details, but Google is requesting verification through a phone number, which I do not have. I tried the "try something else" option, but it prompted me for the exact month and day I opened the account, which I do not remember due to having several email accounts over the years. This has left me with no other options to access my account. I typically use Mail.app for my emails, so I rarely log in directly to Google. It seems like I am now unable to access my account at all. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an email for contact as I am unable to access the account to receive any replies. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue. Thank you.
