I need to speak with a represenative of the fraud*refund accounting department. In regards to charges that were made on a credit card in which the account holder stopped payment and filed a fraud dispute. I am the marketing agent on the Ad Word account –now canceled– and the account summary shows that Visa requested a charge back on the charges, the bank (Visa) and (Union Bank) have trailed the account and are reporting that there has not been a refund on this account (****). My canceled account * ***-***-**** is still showing the $**** balance due.*In order to get the balance paid off, the bank needs for Google Ads to confirm that the money was charged back because it has not been refunded on my client's debit card (****, now a closed account). This matter has been dealing with since September **** and needs to the attention of a higher management supervisor. Please call me ***-***-**** or email *****@***.com so we can resolve this matter.
