I recently received an email stating that everything is resolved for the two GoFundMe campaigns I am managing, but the one for Grant Wideman is still marked as under review. I have already spent over $1,[redacted] out of pocket on his behalf and urgently need access to the funds to cover my expenses. The GoFundMe representative, Marvel, mentioned that the campaigns for Amy and Ryan are cleared, but Grant's is still locked. Despite Marvel confirming that Grant's fundraiser is not under review, it appears to be restricted due to Ryan's campaign status. Grant's brother, Robert, has also contacted GoFundMe to authorize the fund usage. I urge GoFundMe to reconsider the situation, review the emails, and unlock Grant's fundraiser so I can cover the expenses for the items I have already purchased and sent to him. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated.

Good evening. My name is John Florez Pinzon. A few weeks ago, I started a campaign on GoFundMe, but when creating the account, a friend entered their Social Security number as I do not have one. I filled in the rest of the required information with my details: name, email, address, location, passport, and bank account. I did not provide a Social Security number, my friend did to help fulfill the requirements to start the donation campaign. I received an email asking me to verify my information before October 21, [redacted], to avoid donations being refunded. I clicked on "EDIT YOUR INFORMATION" and uploaded a photo of my passport. I want to create a GoFundMe for a man who showed immense kindness to my family during a difficult time. He took in my mother, daughter, and me, even when my mother was battling cancer. Despite my mother's passing on May 24th, [redacted], he continues to support us emotionally. Now, at 55 years old, he is working hard to start his own business but needs assistance. This man's selflessness and compassion deserve to be recognized, and any help would make a significant impact on his ability to build a better future for himself. He truly went above and beyond for us when he didn't have to, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

Hi, my name is Darence Prather. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I had a GoFundMe account named "A Christian Man's Way to Give to God." Due to the pandemic, I lost internet access as all the libraries closed. When libraries reopened in early June, I could access the internet again. However, when I tried to find my GoFundMe account on July 3, [redacted], I realized my email address was no longer registered. The website prompted me to enter a code sent to my email, but since my email is no longer active, I couldn't proceed. I need to locate my GoFundMe account, but I am unable to do so at the moment. Good morning, A GoFundMe has been set up for my father's funeral scheduled for Friday, July 9th. The funeral date was chosen because I was told I would receive access to the funds on July 2nd once my beneficiary portion was complete. However, on the 2nd, I received a notification that my beneficiary portion was incomplete. I am now told I can't access the full amount donated until the 11th. I need the funds expedited to my account by July 7th to avoid any issues with the funeral home.

I have contacted GoFundMe multiple times to inquire about withdrawing my donations without providing my full Social Security number (SSN). I expressed my concerns due to a past identity theft incident after sharing my SSN with Capital One Bank online. Despite GoFundMe's claims of having a supportive team, their responses to my emails seemed automated and did not address my worries. As I refrained from withdrawing any funds due to the SSN requirement, I used $1,[redacted] of my own money to assist the needy in my Philippine community. If GoFundMe does not address my request promptly, I may need to cancel the fundraiser and have donations refunded to contributors, albeit minus fees. This would burden me financially as it amounts to a significant portion of my monthly income. I desire GoFundMe to release the donations to me without necessitating my full SSN and propose providing alternative identification documents for verification. I, Linda Idris, am reaching out regarding my son James Battle's account, which was set up by my daughter Nadiyah Shahied in April [redacted]. I prefer to maintain anonymity. The funds collected are intended for James Battle's medical transportation and assisting with the state-to-state transfer expenses for his mother. Though all approvals from the State of New Jersey and Allaire facility are in place, Nadiyah Shahied has yet to pay ACC Medlink. She is unresponsive to my calls and messages. She was responsible for managing the GoFundMe. James Battle's transport is scheduled for August 2, [redacted], causing frustration among social workers at Paradigm and the receiving facility who are trying to assist.

However, during a visit from Justin's girlfriend, Kathrine Logan, she somehow gained access to my phone and changed the beneficiary to herself without my consent. A donation of $[redacted].00 plus a $67.50 tip was fraudulently charged to my debit card. Upon receiving a thank you email from GoFundMe, I discovered the unauthorized transaction. I promptly contacted my bank, who issued me a new debit card and started the process to recover the funds. On 6/27/21, GoFundMe informed me via email that the disputed amount had been refunded and would reflect in my account within 3-7 business days. Despite this, my bank has not confirmed receipt of the money, as only a credit has been issued. Initially, the bank temporarily returned the funds to my account, but they have since removed the credit. I am unsure why this occurred and seek guidance on obtaining my refund from this fraudulent "donation" to "Old Grandpa."

The fundraising closed on July 16, but we are experiencing delays in receiving the full amount. The total raised, after deducting commissions, is €4,[redacted].20. However, transfers have been slow, with partial amounts received on July 5th (€[redacted].04), July 9th (€[redacted].41), and July 11th (€8.49). I created an account yesterday for my very sick cousin, who is 13 years old. It is a time-sensitive matter related to her health. However, the page unexpectedly signed me out and now I can't sign back in even though I am sure the information is correct. I am really struggling to access the account to manage it and withdraw money. I am worried because the situation is urgent, and I haven't dealt with this before. To Whom It May Concern, Hello, my name is Neil Dirks. On 7-21-21, my Facebook account was hacked, and the email, phone number, and password associated with the account were changed. As a result, I am unable to access my account anymore. The hacker(s) responsible for this have created a fraudulent GoFundMe on 7-22-21, related to a deceased cat and my absence from work since April, as my friends have informed me. Several people have tried to report the GoFundMe as a scam, but I am unsure if any action has been taken. I have attempted to report the hacking of my Facebook account, but their help center is of little use when all account details have been altered by the hackers, leaving me unable to regain access. I am seeking assistance in shutting down the GoFundMe created by the hacker who compromised my Facebook account.
