My fundraiser to help cover my Dad's cancer treatments has collected $2,[redacted].25 (AFTER FEES), but we are only receiving $2,[redacted].35. There seems to be an additional shortage of $[redacted].90 on top of the already deducted fees. I keep detailed records and in multiple places, including your app, it shows that $2,[redacted].25 should be deposited into my account (AFTER FEES), yet only $2,[redacted].35 is being deposited after all deductions and pending transactions. There appears to be a remaining owed amount of $[redacted].90. I hope this discrepancy is just a computer error and not an intentional deduction. I am not attempting to garner undeserved funds; my hardworking parents have insurance but are struggling with the overwhelming costs of cancer treatments and tests. They do not qualify for aid due to their employment. I turned to GoFundMe as a Covid-safe alternative to raise funds. Please address this financial discrepancy promptly so my parents can put the money towards medical bills. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have linked my bank account for direct deposit on GoFundMe and I receive emails confirming donations being transferred. However, despite ensuring my bank details are accurate, I repeatedly face issues with withdrawals failing to reach my account. I have made multiple attempts to set up withdrawals, including with help from a bank representative, and verified all account information. Yet, the funds have not been received. I am frustrated as there seems to be no way to contact Customer Service for assistance.

I require assistance with my home, which was left unattended for 15 months leading to significant neglect. Upon my return, I found it in disarray due to the actions of two individuals and my wife. The house needs extensive cleaning and repair work, particularly the leaking roof which was supposed to be fixed using insurance funds. Unfortunately, my wife misused the money. I am struggling with health issues including COPD, emphysema, and having undergone a major heart procedure, leaving me lacking the energy to address these problems. Hello, I created a Go Fund Me for a family in need. Setting up the withdrawal account has been a challenge due to difficulties in completing the process after verifying the email. They are now locked out of the Go Fund Me account and I am unsure if the email verification allowed them to create the account. I am attempting to help them reset the password, but it may be easier to start fresh with a new email address. Is there a way to set up a new beneficiary instead of waiting for the current one to be verified?
Currently, the status shows "beneficiary accepted - Marie has accepted their invitation," while it is pending at "money withdraw ln - Marie has not finished identification verification."

I have a concern regarding an individual named Salena Youngblood related to a fire incident at a condo. She was not authorized to be on the premises with her children or working on cars. They were evicted from the condo, resulting in the loss of an uninsured vehicle. However, no personal belongings were damaged in the fire except for the garage, which contained catalytic converters. Salena is not responsible for fire damage, and she does not need to pay for condo repairs. She is recovering from drug addiction, not alcohol, and is seeking money for drugs. I created a GoFundMe account back in [redacted] using the Facebook connection. Today, I made my first fundraiser on GoFundMe through my mobile phone. After logging in with Facebook, I created and launched my fundraiser. The next step advised downloading the GoFundMe app, which I did. However, I was then unable to log in on both the app and website. It doesn't recognize my Facebook connection, even though it's active on Facebook with a connection ID. Resetting my password leads me in a loop back to the sign-in page. Donations have been made, and I need to enter withdrawal info and send thank yous, but I'm stuck viewing my fundraiser as a donor. I contacted GoFundMe hours ago via email, but haven't received a response. I received a notification to enter withdrawal info after reaching my goal, but I can't do it due to the login issue. Frustrating situation!
