I am having serious trouble setting up my withdrawal for funds from GoFundMe Morgan Fam...

I am having serious trouble setting up my withdrawal for funds from GoFundMe Morgan Family Fire. My name is Kamelia pinnock-rutty formerly kamelia morgan, my bank account has pinnock-rutty and so does my drivers license. So we had a fire at my home * days ago and we are doing a fundraiser to help with our payments. Dooley athletics set up the fund for me and my family, the Morgan family and then he transferred it to me. anyway my drivers license had a different address than I did on my bank account and I changed it because every time I put in my information for withdrawal it kept giving me an error even after I upload my divers license back and front. So I updated my information with my bank and I tried again for the **th time to do the withdrawal and like I said I get an error email stating to retry or reedit my information. My drivers license match my banks information, but I am still getting an error for the withdrawal of the funds. Its very frustrating because I have tried everything thereis to try and I am putting in my correct information, Idont know where the issue lies and I don't want the money to have to be refunded, so I am reaching out to you because really need someone's help to help me see what the issue or error is on my part
