I have encountered issues trying to withdraw funds from my account due to constantly receiving error messages stating the information I provided is incorrect. Despite my efforts to correct and verify the details, I am still unable to proceed. Even though a colleague successfully used similar information for a fundraiser, I am facing obstacles. The problem arose when entering the IBAN number, which the system deemed incorrect and provided a different account number. I have made numerous attempts to modify and validate the information, including updating the UBO name, submitting various documents like my government ID card, passport, and bank statement, but to no avail. I am now unable to input any new information, possibly due to repeated attempts. The platform only displays the next withdrawal date, last four digits of the IBAN, and an error message. I am feeling frustrated and unsure of how to resolve this issue and access my funds.

I recently made a donation to "Praise Jesus Help Jess and Zach Get Indoors" on GoFundMe. Despite my efforts to include a loving message for Jessalyn, the organizer, my message did not appear on the platform. I reached out to GoFundMe via email but only received a generic response advising me to edit my donation through a 'manage donations' link that I cannot find.
I find it disappointing that my heartfelt message did not accompany my donation, and I am eager to correct this oversight.
