Gobank card branded with Uber for phone driver app payouts to gobank checking accoun then accessible through card. *Uber Driver account issue at Uber server level resulting in the destruction of single Uber employee account in system that payment is distributed to individuals.*So now Uber*gobank card is useless.*New Uber Driver login and password produced to create new Uber Driver account because they had no idea how to fix without starting over.*The option to use "Instant Pay" is avalible to all uber drivers and is not grayed out in application where Uber says we must request the card.*The request never loads and in my administrator web portal the gobank info is all blank with "option not avalible" in red.*The info there is where the uber page would pull info from *rd party Gobank.*I have no ability to call gobank because their IVR requires card number and I've thrown the useless card away.*Can't call, can't email, can't get through. *I must have the card in this new accounts payout option.**Thank you!
