On June 6, I tried to dispute a claim. However, my account got locked and blocked. Although they resolved the dispute and credited the money to my account, I am unable to unlock it. Go Bank recently overdraw my account by depositing $[redacted] into the vault, causing a $[redacted] overdraft. Despite insufficient funds, the transaction went through without putting the $[redacted] in my vault account. As a result, I can't access my money in the vault as any transfer will be offset by the overdrawn amount. This issue has persisted for a week, with Go Bank acknowledging the problem and promising a resolution. Waiting a week for a fix is unacceptable.

On my Go2Bank account, I transferred money from another debit account successfully last night at 2 am for $25 plus Go2Bank fees. Today at around 4 pm, I tried to transfer $[redacted] plus Go2Bank fees and received an error message saying it couldn't process. GoBank sent $[redacted] over, which shows in transactions but not in my Go2Bank account yet. After contacting Go2Bank, they informed me that it might take around 30 minutes for the transfer to show up. I could see a pending $[redacted] in Go2Bank. Last night's transfer happened almost instantly. I'm concerned about this delay and considering canceling the transfer on GoBank. I need the money to fix my car for work tomorrow. I am having trouble activating my new card. I believe the issue is with my password. Even after creating a new one, I still receive a message stating that my email and password do not match. I have been unable to access my go-to bank app on my smartphone for months due to this password problem. Now, when trying to activate my new card by scanning it, I am still unsuccessful. I received a fraud alert text from GoBank regarding a fraudulent purchase. I confirmed it wasn't me, and my card got locked. Today I called to unlock it specifically for ATM withdrawals. However, after being transferred a couple of times, I ended up waiting over an hour on hold in the hopes of finding someone who could assist me in unlocking my card for ATM use.

I am frustrated with the service I received from this financial institution. My online transactions were denied on August 27th, and I have not received any goods or services from the merchant. Despite contacting them, they confirmed they did not receive any payments. As of September 6, the transactions are still pending. It took me four days, since August 30th, to finally speak to a representative after multiple attempts. The person I spoke to said they filled out an affidavit and assured me the money would be back in my account within 48 hours. However, even considering the holiday, this timeframe has passed without any resolution. I am currently on hold with them as I write this, waiting for over 25 minutes. I am extremely frustrated and considering reaching out to the media. All I want is my $[redacted] back.

There's a telemarketer working out of [redacted] West College Street in Marshall, Missouri that has been using my information improperly. Unbeknownst to her, I am the owner of the property where she operates. She seems to be involved every time I reach out for services, be it from the bank or my phone provider, Verizon. This has been ongoing for quite a while now. I've had two of my cards compromised after updating my address from several previous locations. They've been able to get access to my CCNA switching information from Oracle.

I bought a Go2 Bank card at a 7-Eleven in Desert Hot Springs, CA to use for Uber. I have only used it three times, and I received my permanent card in the mail. However, when I activated it, I saw only $68 on the card, which should be more. I have only used it for Uber, so I don't recognize these extra charges. I promptly submitted all the requested documents they asked for and received confirmation that they were received. However, a few days later, I received another email stating that they did not receive the necessary documents and have decided to close my account. This situation has caused me to be late on paying my bills, resulting in late charges. This experience is truly disappointing and unnecessary, especially considering I rely on direct deposits for my work checks. I have been a loyal GoBank customer for years, and this outcome has left me extremely dissatisfied.

My card was stolen three months ago, and I've been struggling to report it due to my mental disability. I can't remember the Gmail account linked to it. My social security funds go into a GoBank account. I have been in and out of the ICU and urgently need access to my money for medication and food due to diabetes and heart issues.

I am unable to access my bank account as I can't remember my username, password, or the email I used to set up the account.
