I had $[redacted] in fraudulent charges on my account, and three months later, I was credited $[redacted]. I never received the provisional credit. Due to the stolen money, I unknowingly went into overdraft, resulting in 6 overdraft fees. Go2bank claims these fees are valid because I didn't dispute the specific transactions that led to the fees. I am struggling to make them see that if my money hadn't been stolen, I wouldn't have been in overdraft in the first place.

I am currently on lunch break. I have been locked out of my account after changing my address multiple times due to relocating while searching for a place to live. I purchased a Go2Bank Prepaid Visa Debit Card at Dollar General three nights ago. On the following business day, Monday, March 20th, I received my new card with a chip, ending in [redacted]. This is the card that needs to be activated, and it has a balance of $65.69. I am currently helping a resident who has connected their GOBank account to their DAVE prepaid debit card. The account shows a balance of $[redacted] linked to a MasterCard ending in [redacted]. However, he claims he never received the card and is unable to access his funds. He is having difficulty transferring funds to his DAVE account due to a lack of access to the GOBank routing numbers.
The provided customer service numbers ([redacted] & [redacted]) connect to an automated system requesting the 16-digit card number, which he does not have. His social security number and date of birth were not accepted.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, we tried chatting with an "expert" online but were instead directed to a page requesting card information. I kindly request assistance in granting him access to his funds or issuing a full refund.

I recently purchased a Green Dot prepaid Visa card, activated it, and attempted to set up an account. However, I received a message stating I already have an account. I am a 61-year-old man with disabilities and faced challenges related to my Social Security deposits, which used to go to a Walmart card a few years ago. I recently transferred money from my Cash App card to another card that didn't work. I'm trying to retrieve the funds back into my Cash App account as the transfer didn't go through. I was informed that the payment cannot be reversed directly by Cash App, and they require assistance from my bank to locate and retrieve the funds. I have provided details of the transaction to my bank's branch manager, including the deposit amount of $40.00, date of deposit 4/17/23, bank name PATHWARD, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and the last 4 digits of my debit card [redacted]. The Retrieval Reference Number [redacted]13 will be essential for the bank to trace the deposit.
If my bank has trouble locating the deposit, Cash App has requested that I answer three questions pertaining to the disputed activity, including personal information, transaction details, and an explanation for the error. My account got locked because they didn't receive my driver's license on time. After sending it the first time and waiting a few weeks, I contacted them. They claimed not to have received the email. I resent it while on the phone and made sure they received it. They mentioned it could take up to 10 days for my account to unlock. However, it has been about 14 days since then, and my account is still locked despite their reassurance during our last conversation.

I have been trying to reach go-to Bank since December regarding a disputed transaction. I followed all their instructions, provided necessary information, and was issued a check on February 1st for $[redacted].09 instead of $[redacted].09 as promised. Despite giving all my details, including my ID, social security, claim number, birthday, and phone numbers, they keep giving me the runaround, hanging up on me, or claiming I provided incorrect information. I even spoke with the CEO, who assured me a check would be issued within 2 weeks. It has been 4 to 5 months of continuous issues. I have been homeless in Tulsa, struggling to support my family, and have not received the promised funds. The funds were deposited back onto the card I reported as lost or stolen, instead of a new card as agreed upon.

Received a concerning letter about individuals requesting my data. Noticed unfamiliar entities like Lumen.com and NYSE involved, not associated with me, potentially accessing my phone account. It seems someone may be breaching my system as there should only be one account per person. I currently have one go2 account with a balance and another one without any funds. I'm anticipating a debit card for the account with money, whereas I already have a debit card for the empty account. Unfortunately, I've been informed that there is no way to transfer funds between the two accounts. Additionally, I've been blocked from using the cash pick-up option. The only solution they have provided is to wait seven to ten days for the card to be delivered. I find myself in a difficult situation as I am away from home and require money for gas to return.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $39.99 to SNFLGMRA.COM on 4/4/23 in my account. I did not authorize this transaction and after researching, I found out it's a scam. I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount. I have attempted to contact Gobank multiple times last week and today to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I faced significant wait times during each call. The first call I abandoned after 15 minutes on hold. On the second call, I waited for 30 minutes before giving up. The third call had me on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up again. Today, I made my fourth attempt and waited an hour and a half. This situation is frustrating and unreasonable. I urge to have my funds reimbursed promptly.
