Unblock my account ... My account has been blocked because of "unusual activity" (WHICH I REPORTED). They cancelled my card and I was then told I could transfer money to another account until my card arrives. Well now my account is completely LOCKED, I submitted my Drivers License but the problem is that I have a direct deposit coming in TOMORROW and it will get rejected and then I will not only have been without money for the past week but now will not have my paycheck and who knows how that will work out. I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY. Ontop of it all I have been on the phone and either disconnected or told there was nobody else I could speak with... AND yesterday I was told somebody would call me back within * hours and NEVER got a call from their supervisor! This is outrageous and unacceptable practice! I cannot see myself staying with Gobank past this if I cannot get it resolved IMMEDIATELY!
I was trying to talk to someone who could Help me immediately. The humans are not in this country (which is fine) but every answer is essentially an auto response and they have no true customer service abilities. They kept telling me they would transfer me back to the automated system and that would tell me the info I needed. ONE PERSON I got told me a supervisor would call me back "within * hours" and NEVER GOT THE CALL... Another call I was on hold for *hr **min and got disconnected (not due to my service or anything)... Let alone all the time I had to take to navigate through the system.
Reaching out to me and helping me further with resolving my disputed transactions that now require so much extra effort considering I have gotten the run around and been on hold for at least *hrs throughout this issue from day *. I am glad that my account is now functioning but would really appreciate someone helping me make my experience go from a * to a respectable * or **
GET LARGE Direct Deposits Weekly & use my card without issue until now.
