Trying to activate replacement card ... Told me to submit photo of ID. I did. Waited the * business days still locked out. Called the CS line and was told the images were blurry by the robot. So I logged on and submitted again on the website. Again waited the * business days. Still Nothing!!!
This all started last Thursday now it's * Sa****ays later and still nothing? Seriously? Checks can't be deposited or accessed so I'm a week behind on everything including my RENT!!! Not to mention my medication that I NEED to take daily but am * days behind as well as my son and daughters meds that can't be picked up because I can't access my card to pay for them. WHAT IS THERE NOT AN OPTION TO SPEAK TO A REAL. PERSON?
Put an option to talk to a real representative, not the stupid computer number system with no human option. I need my account back on ASAP... figure out an easier more EFFICIENT way that WORKS to handle the ID situation. I mean u have all security questions and u also have my ID front and back twice now and u can't tell its me? Have someone effing call me then so I can talk to them, FaceTime me or something, this is rediculous!!!
