rent a car ... my account was suddenly cancelled the day before i had a car reserved to go to work. i leave for work at *am i am a nurse, if i hadnt checked and i usually dont because i trusted you. I WOULD HAVE LOST MY JOB. i called and told your team that i had no idea why i was cancelled nor was i notified. he said he put my situation as urgent. NO ONE EVER CALLED. luckily some of your car renters saved the day, i was spending on average ****week. i still never hear anything. why?very very serious to put someones job in danger.***-***-**** there is no excuse for this
When you cancel a reservation without informing the client, you are setting them up for disappointment or disaster.

I pay, I clean, i fill the tanks, i have a great relationship with the owners of the cars. the only problem is the middle man, getaround
I tried to contact them in a panic but heard nothing, I was supposedly marked urgent, but a week later never heard a word. The car owners came to my rescue and they helped me get to work without getaround. they know i am a good customer.
