I am extremely serious but the way things were handled in regards to my last rental. Almost everybody that I deal with on the phone was completely unhelpful, incompetent, and totally on empathetic. There was literally ONE person whom I spoke to (named ‘Daniel’ or ‘Danny’) that was AT ALL willing to help with my ordeal. Unfortunately, every time we had to hang up due to me having to go take care of something, I’d call back and NOBODY EVER BOTHERED NOR ATTEMPTED passing along my message or transferring me over to him. Seriously, after a thousand times of having to explain in detail everything that I had just gone through to every **** new CS rep I’d get on the phone when having to call back, I’m sure, would be pretty **** infuriating to anyone else, too. Oh and also I was completely lied to about being compensated for what I paid for gas when submitting a picture of the fuel receipt. I was never compensated, oh, but instead was given some stupid measly credit for a fraction of what I even paid initially — $**, and in turn, receive a $** credit, not even cash? Such a joke.
