Hello,*I still have * charges of $**.** for trips that i never took. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating this is. I attempted to go thru the uber app and i was rejected and charged twice with multiple charges. Please fix this ASAP. I have taken ONE trip with getaround which was $**.**, which to be honest is also ridiculous considering the car was filthy and did not have a full tank of gas (which i ended up replacing and should be credited for). Please refund me asap. This has been hands down the worst experience i have had with a car rental service.
GetHuman973209 did not yet indicate what Getaround should do to make this right.
