The issue in GetHuman-enricju's own words
So I bought a Garmin Edge *** on the *th of may ****. It's done a grat job since then. I've taken good care of it and has no damage. So on May the **th when I arrived home from my training as I pushed SAVE the device turned off. I thought it had been an exceptional bug. I connected the device to my computer and there was no data saved. When I rode the following day, it wasn't working as it should, no data was recorded. After contacting Garmin Support and following their advice to try sort the problem, they reach the conclusion the only way available was to send it to their offices to repair and pay $***.**I'm frustrated, I've always endorsed the brand to family and friends.*It's quite disappointing to see the device is like new. I should also mention that it happened the same with an old EDGE ***, it only lasted a little bit more than * years and issues started so I bought the new one (EDGE ***).*I'd like to get either free repair, new one or discount for a new one.

GetHuman-enricju did not yet indicate what Garmin should do to make this right.
