I have a vivoactive *.( SN *ec******). Spoke to Blaine on Jan **. He helped me restore the defaults on my watch because the watch was not functioning correctly in that it takes ** minutes plus to give me an accurate heart rate. Please view my workouts on Jan ** and today, Saturday Jan **. As you can see, The problem I was not resolved by resetting the watch. I wear a heart rate monitor so I can see the different readings between my vivoactive and my real HR. I was at *** bpm and the watch showed ** bpm. **My Fitbit reads my heart rate correctly from the beginning of my work outs as does my husband’s forerunner ** and daughter’s forerunner **. Clearly, my vivoactive is defective. I would like a replacement vivoactive *( no music). Can you send me a prepaid shipping label so I can send this back to your company? I purchased a garmin because you are supposed to be the leader in heart rate accuracy.
