I have a Garmin n*vi **** LMT and it hasn’t been used for a year so it was just update it online but now it won’t or can’t find satellite when I’m trying to use it. I went to Best Buy’s they checked all the settings in their correct and they don’t understand why it won’t pick up satellite either. They said the downloads were done correctly and it’s up-to-date. What can I do to fix it? It was only used two times. I am ** years old and I only need it when I was in Indiana so I didn’t use it at my other home and it sat in the box in the closet for year .
