I’ve ordered an arctis *p headset on the **th of November, and made the purchase through QuadPay. It went through successfully and received an email with an order number and a receipt of the purchased item. Yet I have not gotten any confirmation pass ** days, along with I can’t bring up the order status on this purchase. I signed in and type in the order number and email and zip code yet it says it does not match your records. Am I gonna receive any updates or may I get a cancellation and refund what I spent?
GetHuman-randihu did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
